February 25, 2025 Meeting

Minutes

• The minutes were NOT read.

• The treasurer's report was read and filed for audit, reporting a $105 profit gain from dues.

Old Business

• Mozarkite Scholarship:
  Lee presented an edited version of the Mozarkite Scholarship, with changes requiring the applicant to be entering a field of earth science studies and a note that the applicant may reapply during their time in college.
  Additional changes were needed; Joyce said she would make those changes and resend an edited version.

New Business

• Fund Allocation:
  Joyce mentioned there may be a need to move money from the General Fund to the Scholarship Funds.

• Dinner Suggestion:
  Lee suggested food for April and proposed dining at Fortune Palace (3005 S Limit Ave, Sedalia, MO 65301), with the plan to then move to the church for the regular meeting.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

The January minutes for 2025 had a typo reporting them as 2024. This has been fixed and updated on the website.
