July Meeting Minutes

The minutes were not read.

The Treasurer’s report was read and filed for audit.

The Meeting was called to order at 7:34

Old Business

Bradley inquired if anyone had contacted us regarding the setup dates for the fair. We were invited to work the fair for this year during last year’s fair. As we had not received any information, Kelly agreed to reach out to inquire further.

Bradley reported a consistent flow of 30~ visitors to our website each month. He also indicated that he had been in contact with six websites that advertise rock shows for free on their pages, and we have been receiving traffic from those pages.

New Business

Kelly reported that an individual from Saint Louis expressed interest in joining the club and requested a T-shirt. Pam will distribute the member application form. Pam and Bradley will visit our shirt maker to order the shirt.

Kelly also informed us that an individual purchased $93.00 worth of rocks from our farm.

Sign-ups for working the State Fair have been distributed. The working days currently are as follows:

- Thursday, August 7th: Kelly

- Friday, August 8th: Barbra and Mike

- Saturday, August 9th: Karl

- Sunday, August 10th: Pam and Bradley

- Monday, August 11th: Bradley

- Tuesday, August 12th: Pam and Bradley

- Wednesday, August 13th: Vacant

- Thursday, August 14th: Nancy

- Friday, August 15th: Vacant

- Saturday, August 16th: Vacant

- Sunday, August 17th: Karl and Kelly

- Vacant spots will be filled by available officers if necessary.

Rock Hound Rick has not yet been contacted. Pam will reach out to determine if he is available to work any days.

Pam requested that Joyce print flyers for our rock show to have at the fair. It was decided that we would initially print 300 1/3 pages (100 full pages) and then request additional flyers as needed.

Business Advertisement Flyers were also requested.

With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 8:21.
