The regular meeting of the Mozarkite Society of Lincoln Inc. was held Tuesday, February 25th, 2026 at 200 S Limit Ave, Sedalia, MO 65301
President Pam Radu called the meeting to order. There were 11 members and 0 guests present.

Old Business
Bradley reported that he has revised the bylaws to remove Pettis County Schools from the voting process. The only remaining change is the explanation of Earth Science degrees as required for scholarship applications.
Bradley will distribute the application forms to schools this week, enabling students to submit their applications.
New Business
Stephen Shimatzki from MWF contacted Bradley regarding membership fees. Bradley will discuss with him the receipt of the check and address any inquiries. For further assistance, please contact Joyce at jgrnstd@sbcglobal.net.
Three rock organizations have approached Bradley to inquire about presale tables at the Rock Show. Bradley will respond that due to the nature of the event as an outdoor show, presale spots will not be offered and seating will be first come, first served.
It was decided to have carry-in food for March. The meeting will begin at 7:00 PM.
The KC Gem Show will be held at the International Expo Center (11730 NW Ambassador Dr, Kansas City, MO 64153).
Mike brought up the possibility of changing venues within the church. It was decided to remain in the current meeting room.
It was decided that the Christmas meeting will be held on the second weekend of December which wil be the 12th.
There being no further business to bring before the members, the meeting was adjourned.
